General Information
I am a passionate and results-driven professional with over six years of diverse experience in the fields of education, psychology, counselling, and human resource management.
My work has spanned both civilian and military sectors, enabling me to gain deep insight into the psychological needs of individuals from varied backgrounds. Whether working with students in academic settings, offering therapeutic interventions in high-stress military environments, or handling people-focused HR strategies, I bring a rare blend of empathy, analytical skill, and strategic thinking to every role I undertake.
My professional foundation lies in education, where I have spent more than six years designing and delivering effective learning experiences for students of various ages and academic needs. As an educator, I consistently focused on creating well-structured learning environments that foster both intellectual growth and emotional well-being.
In parallel to my teaching career, I have worked extensively as a psychologist and counsellor, focusing on mental health assessment, therapy, and emotional support. My work in this field has involved providing clinical services in both civilian communities and military environments—a context that demands high levels of discretion, cultural sensitivity, and psychological resilience.
In the military setting, I worked closely with personnel and their families, offering counselling for stress, PTSD, family issues, and career transitions. Understanding the psychological toll of service life allowed me to deliver highly personalised and trauma-informed care.
Core areas of my counselling and psychology practice include:
Conducting psychological assessments using tools such as MMPI, WAIS, and BDI
Offering individual therapy using CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches
Providing counselling for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and adjustment disorders
Designing therapeutic plans tailored to specific psychological needs
Maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all therapeutic engagements
Delivering psychoeducation sessions and mental wellness workshops
Referring clients to specialised services where necessary
Helping clients build coping mechanisms, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills
My approach is rooted in compassion, professionalism, and evidence-based care. Whether helping a soldier cope with trauma or guiding a civilian through anxiety, I strive to make every interaction meaningful and transformative.
