General Information
Hello, my name is Laiba. I am an MBACP integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, passionate about supporting adults and young people through life’s challenges. I work extensively with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related stress, helping clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate difficult times.
I warmly welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities, and I value exploring the cultural and personal perspectives that shape each person’s experience. Every story is unique, and I honour that individuality in our work together.
I believe: “You don’t teach someone to swim while they are drowning.” When emotions feel overwhelming, it’s not about rushing to fix things, but about creating a safe, compassionate space where understanding and healing can begin. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to what you need right now, whether that’s coping strategies, clarity, or simply being heard without judgment.
