General Information
Even the strongest of people need a hand sometimes. Therapy is a safe space in which you can experience this whilst working through any of life’s challenges.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor with years of experience in counselling and mental wellbeing work and I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, to facilitate them to work through whatever obstacles they may be facing in life.
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space, in which clients can work through a wide range of issues from low mood, anxiety, relationship or family issues to trauma, PTSD, addictions and abuse.
I am passionate about helping people evolve and learn about themselves, so they can enjoy a better quality of life. My aim is to help every client feel that they have a space in which they feel heard, accepted and validated.
From this, we can use different types of therapy to help move forwards and work out a good outcome for every person. I look forward to supporting you in your journey to better mental health. I think it’s important everyone feels comfortable and understood by their therapist, so I do offer a free 20 minute initial call to help explore if you feel I am the right fit for you.
